ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue necessary direction to the learned District Judge (PCR Court), Pudukottai to consider and pass orders on bail application to be filed by the petitioner in connection with Crime No.279/2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police on the same day of their surrender.

2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for, notice to the 3rd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 25.09.2025, the petitioners entered the 3rd respondent's agricultural land, switched off the motor, and abused him in filthy language. On 26.09.2025, the petitioners attacked the 3rd respondent's wife when she entered the 2/5

land. Based on these allegations, an FIR has been registered against the petitioner.

4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court hereby direct the learned District Judge (PCR Court), Pudukottai, to issue prior notice to the de facto complainant and thereafter to consider the bail application of the petitioners on the same day of their surrender before that Court in connection with crime No.279 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent police.
