Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.20576/2025, dated 21.112025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
