ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the First Information Report in compliance with the order made in Cr.M.P No.225 of 2025 on the file of the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathandu, Thanjavur District dated 22.05.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that FIR has not yet been registered.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to comply with the order passed by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathandu, Thanjavur District, in Cr.M.P No.225 of 2025 dated 22.05.2025, forthwith.
