ORDER

The present writ petition has been seeking a writ of Mandamus as against the first respondent for issuance of a passport to the writ petitioner, based upon his application dated 17.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the petitioner has been implicated in Crime No.614 of 2024 on the file of S.S. Colony Police Station, Madurai District, which has calumniated by filling of charge sheet on 26.11.2024, before the Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai. She further submitted that the petitioner has also been implicated in another criminal case in Crime No.838 of 2025 on the file of S.S. Colony Police Station, Madurai District, wherein a charge sheet has been filed on 18.12.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Madurai, seeking permission to go abroad. Based upon the order to be passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
