ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 to R3. Issuance of notice to R4 & R5 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner is a resident of Mithiravayal Village. He alleges that there are encroachments in the petition mentioned survey number. He wants this to be removed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that notice under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act has already been issued.

4. We direct the third respondent to take the process to its logical conclusion. If encroachments are found in the petition mentioned water bodies, 2/4

the same shall be removed by adhering to due process of law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
