ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to survey the petitioner's properties comprised in Survey Nos.442 and 447/1 situated at Pothuravuthanpatti Revenue Village, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur, based on his representation, dated 11.12.2025.

2.The petitioner is having land in the above said survey number. However, a joint patta was issued. The petitioner is seeking to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land and issue separate patta.

3.Considering the petitioner's claim, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.12.2025 and survey the land after issuing notice to the petitioner and other joint pattadhars. The survey shall be conducted in the presence of the petitioner and the other joint pattadhars. The first respondent is at liberty to take police protection while surveying the land. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

WP Crl.(MD) NO. 2703 of 2025 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
