O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the 4th respondent to comply with the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.3870 of 2022, dated 02.03.2022.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the 5th respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.

3. A perusal of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.3870 of 2022 reveals that the 4th respondent therein has been directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks. Admittedly, so far orders have not been passed. 2/4

4. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the TANGEDCO, though enquiry has been conducted, so far orders have not been passed. According to him, now the third respondent is the competent authority to pass order.

5. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to pass orders, based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 14.08.2025 and after giving opportunity to the 5th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order,
