ORDER

(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.11.2025 in Crl.MP. (MD).No.15644/2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1025/2025. (2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 26.09.2025, granted bail to the petitioner in the above Criminal Appeal, directing him to stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner complied the aforesaid condition regularly and subsequently, filed Crl.MP.(MD).No. 15644/2025 for relaxation of the aforesaid condition and this Court, vide order dated 03.11.2025, modified the said condition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Junction Police Station 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is abiding the aforesaid modified

condition from 05.11.2025 till date and hence, seeks relaxation of the said condition.

(3)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 affirmed the aforesaid facts. (4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. (5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified conditional order dated 03.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Junction Police Station, on the first working day of the every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

(1)The present petition is posted under the caption ''For Being Mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent / defacto complainant.

(2)Mr.V.Thirumal, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent / defacto complainant submitted that this Court, on 11.02.2026, modified the conditional order dated 03.11.2025, imposed on the petitioner by this Court. The learned counsel further submitted that though he appeared on that day before the Court, his appearance has not been marked in the order dated 11.02.2026. The learned counsel therefore prayed for appropriate orders.

(3)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
