ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, to expedite the trial in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2025 and complete the same within a stipulated time.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court hereby directs the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
