ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 6th respondent to take action and register FIR on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner, in compliance with the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1909 of 2025, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Thoothukudi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that FIR has not yet been registered.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Thoothukudi in Crl.M.P.No.1909 of 2025, dated 19.08.2025, forthwith. This criminal original petition is allowed accordingly.
