ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17482 of 2025, dated 12.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had previously booked flight tickets to Kuala Lumpur on 07.11.2025 and had also booked a return ticket on 02.01.2026 for personal reasons. Due to the said condition, the petitioner will not be available from 26.12.2025 to 06.01.2026. He is ready to comply with the condition from 07.01.2026 onwards. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 17482 of 2025 dated 12.11.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police from 07.01.2026 onwards.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
