PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to grant permission to fill up the vacancy in sanctioned post by considering the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 25.06.2025 and communication of the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6874/Oo3/2025 dated 29.10.2025 within a time period stipulated by this court.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by an aided minority institution seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents 2 and 3 to grant permission to fill up the vacancy in the sanctioned posts by considering the proposal dated 25.06.2025.

2.A perusal of the record reveals that the third respondent has forwarded the proposal submitted by the petitioner college to the second respondent on 29.10.2025. So far the second respondent has not passed any orders. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/4

3.In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the proposal submitted by the college which was forwarded by the third respondent on 29.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
