O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second to fourth respondents herein to measure the property comprised in Survey No.428/3, covered by Patta No.942, situated at No.83, Avudaiyappan Street, Alwarkurichi, Tenkasi District, by considering the challan dated 12.12.2025, within such time as may be stipulated by this Court.
2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an online application has been made for demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 12.12.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties, if any.
6. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submit that there is a mistake in the cause title with regard to the name of the Taluk. In view of the same, the name of the Taluk in the cause title is suo motu amended from Ambasamudram Taluk to Tenkasi Taluk.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
