ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for in WMP(MD)No.29220 of 2025 is to implead the petitioner herein as one of the respondents in the main writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner herein would submit that in favour of the impleading petitioner, a contract has been awarded to construct a building in the temple premises which in fact, was sought to be cancelled, was the prayer asked for by the writ petitioner in the main 2/5

writ petition. Therefore, without hearing the present petitioner to get impleaded, if the main writ petition is decided, it will prejudice the interest of the present petitioner for implead and therefore, his petition has to be ordered, is his contention.

3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

4. In view of the said factual position where the present petitioner is the contractor in whose favour, the contract has already been given, he becomes the necessary party to be heard.

5. Hence, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments.
