This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni in Crl.M.P. 1/3

No. 2483 of 2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 2434 of 2025, dated 02.12.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Judge, Theni made in Crl.M.P. No. 2483 of 2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 2434 of 2025 dated 02.12.2025 is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Veerapandi Police Station weekly once ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. The remaining conditions shall un altered.

4. This petition is ordered accordingly.
