ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the certified copy of the proceedings, granting minibus permit, in favour of the 3rd respondent to ply on the route Melakidaram to Ervadi Beach via Valinokkam G.H.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission itself. Notice to the third respondent is unnecessary, since no adverse order is proposed to the passed against him.

3. The case of the petitioner is that only a photocopy of the minibus permit has been handed over to the petitioner. Even though several reminders have been sent requesting issuance of the certified copy of the minibus permit granted in favour of the third respondent, the authorities have failed to issue the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondents will issue the certified copy of the minibus permit, to the petitioner within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to issue the certified copy of the certified copy of the proceedings, granting minibus permit, in favour of the 3rd respondent to ply on the route Melakidaram to Ervadi Beach via Valinokkam G.H., within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
