The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.30780 of 2025, dated 31.10.2025, wherein, this Court has directed the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the Writ Petitioner till final orders are passed on the representation of the Petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is the grievance of the Writ Petitioner that in violation of the orders of this Court, service connection was disconnected by the respondents. Hence the present Contempt Petition is filed. 4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 pointed out that by mistake, service connection was disconnected and thereafter, it was restored. It was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the Writ 2/4

Petitioner.
