Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that the respondent Police issued C.S.R number. However, if the petitioner appears for enquiry, they will consider and dispose of the case in accordance with law.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the enquiry and disposed of the same in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt 2/4
