ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, based on the written instructions, submits that the investigation has been completed, the stolen amount has been recovered and final report would be filed within a period of two weeks.

2. In view of the subsequent development, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the second respondent to file final report before the concerned Court within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
