Heard both sides.

2. The impugned action has been taken by the authorities pursuant to the direction given by this Bench in Cont.P.(MD)No.1987 of 2025 on 14.10.2025. Admittedly, the petitioner has no right or claim over the petition mentioned land. In fact, we have consciously held that graveyard meant for Muslim community should not be touched. The impugned action is directed only against the shops that have come up in the water body. We do not find any ground to interfere.

3. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
