ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to provide adequate financial relief to the petitioner from the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Accident Relief Fund, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2025.

2. Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the third respondent.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a representation on 28.11.2025 to provide adequate financial relief to him from the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Accident Relief Fund. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
