ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent to make necessary corrections and issue updated aadhar card by considering the petitioners's application dated 31.01.2024 and representation dated 26.11.2025.

2. Mr.K.Govindarajan, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted an application on 31.01.2024 and has also made a representation in person to the second respondent on 26.11.2025 to make necessary corrections and issue updated aadhar card to him. However, the same is yet to be considered. Hence, the Writ Petition. 2/5

5. The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the respondents would submit that the application and representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the application and representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2024 and 26.11.2025 respectively and make suitable corrections in the petitioner's aadhar card, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
