O R D E R

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sub 1/4

Court, Dindigul and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and to club together along with H.M.O.P.No.169 of 2025 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side would submit that the matter was settled before the Mediation and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
