This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action as against the Respondents 3 and 4 by strictly in accordance with the direction of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P and others case, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2025.
