This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that after conducting enquiry, F.I.R has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.209 of 2025 under Sections 296(b), 324(4), 324(3), 329(3) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023.
