2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that pursuant to the transfer of the officer, the order of this Court is not complied with so far. Since the earlier order, dated 06.12.2026 had insisted upon initiating departmental action as against the erring official, it is made clear that the Government Advocate should not insist further time.
