ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P.(MD). No.11978 of 2025 in Crl OP..(MD). No.13418 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the condition imposed on the petitioner may be relaxed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl M.P.(MD). No.11978 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.13418 of 2025 dated 09.09.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 06-01-2026 KSA To
