ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to execute the warrant in S.T.C.No.9 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli. within the period as stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli, has already issued a warrant against the respondent. However, the first respondent failed to execute the same.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that a copy of the warrant has not been received till date.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the petitioner to produce the warrant issued against the respondent by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli, to the 2/5
first respondent, within a period of one week. On receipt of the same, the first respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued against the second respondent in S.T.C.No.9 of 2017 by theJudicial Magistrate No.IV, Tiruchirappalli , as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the warrant by the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
