This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the compliant of the petitioner, dated 11.12.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the compliant of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025.

2. The allegation against the third respondent is that she pushed the petitioner, abused him in filthy language and also threatened him of dire consequences.

3. Admittedly, the third respondent is the subordinate of the petitioner. Considering the nature of the offence, this Court is directed the second respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondents based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.12.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
