2. This Court directed the defacto complainant to withdraw the amount subject to the production of bills. The defacto complainant shall also be treated as a victim. He shall be paid a sum of Rs. 84 lakhs, subject to the production of the relevant documents. The payment to the depositor shall be made at the earliest by selling the properties.
