ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.21641 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 18 days only.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for only 18 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.21641 of 2025 on 27.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.21641 of 2025 on 27.11.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Madurai, once in a week every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required." 19-12-2025 jbr To
