Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21851 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days, ie., every 1st and 15th working day at 2/4

10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
