2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have filed the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2023 for permanent injunction. Pending suit they have filed the interlocutory applications in I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2023, seeking ad-interim injunction in respect of first and second schedule properties respectively, till the disposal of the suit, whereby the applications for interim injunction were dismissed by the trial Court. 3.It is submitted that, aggrieved by the said order, the petitioners preferred a Civil Miscellaneous Appeals before the Sub Court, which also came to be dismissed. Challenging the concurrent findings of both the Courts below, the present revisions have been filed seeking grant of interim injunction. 4.

It is well settled that the power to grant interim injunction is discretionary in nature and is primarily vested with the trial Court. Unless it is shown that such discretion has been exercised arbitrarily, perversely, or in violation of settled principles of law, this Court, in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction, would not ordinarily interfere with such findings. 5.
