2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police weekly twice ie., every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
