C-60. To relax the condition imposed by this Honbourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 13698 of 2025 by order dated 13.10.2025 on the file of this Honoruable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in

Crl.O.P(MD)No.13698 of 2025, dated 13.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for nearly 22 days.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that Accused No. 3 was deleted from the charge sheet and that a Special Leave Petition has been preferred, wherein a stay has been granted. Hence, he opposed the petition. The said submission is recorded.

5. It is seen that even though accused No.3 has been deleted from the charge sheet, such objection cannot be entertained and the same is therefore rejected. Considering the above facts, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13698 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 04-02-2026 jbr To
