(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN) The Writ Petition is filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to close all the illegal bars attached with TASMAC outlet functioning in Karur District based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 30.09.2025. 2.On perusing the representation, We find that it is not 2/5

specific as to the fact that where the illegal bars are running. It is a general complaint given by the Petitioner to remove the illegal bars in Karur District, to the first respondent and there is no specific mentioning of the place of the bars to direct the authorities to act upon the same.

3.Since the representation is vague, we are unable to issue a Writ of Mandamus as sought for by the Petitioner. However, if there is any illegal bars in Karur District, the Petitioner can give representation specifically mentioning the place of the bar to the District Collector, Karur and to the competent authorities to take action. If any such representation is submitted, We hope that the authority concerned will act on the same as per law. 4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
