To relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court dated 04.12.2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.22281/2025 and pass such other orders

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.22281 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and now he met with an accident and was hospitalized and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition. Hence he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for seven days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.22281 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025, is relaxed

till his recovery and the petitioner shall comply with the earlier order dated 04.12.2025, after his recovery. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
