PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 26.11.2025 made in Crl.OP.(MD).No.21443/2025, on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21443 of 2025 by dated 26.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.21443 of 2025 by dated 26.11.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
