ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2025 and thereby to conduct enquiry and to take appropriate action against the wrong doers.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has sent a representation to the respondents alleging that her husband and his family has been demanding more dowry and harassing her. However, the said representation has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.
5. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits, directs the respondents to conduct enquiry in respect of the petitioner's representation 2/4
dated 10.12.2025 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, if any and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
