This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's current account in A/c.No.1007101042277 maintained with the 1st respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to defreeze the petitioner's current account in A/c.No.1007101042277 maintained with the 1st respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the second respondent has already sent a proceeding in C.No.5614/CCPS/TUT/2025, dated 17.12.2025 to the first respondent to defreeze the petitioner's account.

3. In view of the above submissions, the first respondent is directed to consider the communication, dated 17.12.2025, which was sent by the second respondent to defreeze the petitioner's bank account maintained with the first respondent Bank within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
