This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary steps to issue Non-traceable certificate in respect of the documents original gift deed in Document No. 205/1983 dt. 17.02.1983 and original sale deed in Document No.772/1983 dated 14.07.1983 on the file of the Chinnalapatti Sub-Registrar Office, Didigul District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.08.2025 and consider the petitioner's representation sent to the first respondent dated 04.12.2025 within stipulated time in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take necessary steps to issue Non-traceable certificate in respect of the documents original gift deed in Document No. 205/1983 dt. 17.02.1983 and original sale deed in Document No. 772/1983 dated 14.07.1983 on the file of the Chinnalapatti Sub-Registrar Office, Didigul District based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.08.2025 and consider the petitioner's representation sent to the first respondent dated 04.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, enquiry is pending in CSR stage.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate for the enquiry by producing all the evidence. Further, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
