ORDER
The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.37 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, through online in EFiling No.LTN20220001340 on 02.01.2026. However, it has not been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
