Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Crl.side) Prayer: To modity the condition in Para No.4(ii) in Crl.MP.No.2510 of 2025 passed by Principal Session Judge, Theni District dated 11.12.2025 in connection with Cr.No.289 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.2510 of 2025, dated 31.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner sustained a fracture in his leg and is presently undergoing treatment as an inpatient at the Government https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Hospital, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, he is unable to appear before the concerned police station. Hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.2510 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned police station from 09.01.2026 onwards.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
