ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-seal the Kamarajar Students Hostel belonging to Tirumalapuram Nadargal Uravinmurai, Tirumalapuram, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2024 and reminder dated 10.10.2025.
2. Mr.K.Balasubramani, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint on 08.07.2024 to re-seal the Kamarajar Students Hostel belonging to Tirumalapuram Nadargal Uravinmurai, Tirumalapuram, Bodinayakanur Taluk, Theni District. In pursuance thereof, the second respondent sent a communication dated 12.12.2024, stating that the petitioner's complaint was forwarded to the Revenue Inspector, Bodinayakanur and Village Administrative Office, Melachokkanathapuram seeking a report. Thereafter, no action was taken. Therefore, the petitioner 2/5
sent representations on 16.12.2024, 25.08.2025 and finally on 10.10.2025. However, none of the above representations evoked response. Hence, the Writ Petition.
5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint and the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.
6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.07.2024 and the last representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2025 and dispose of the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
