ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.12.2025.

2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of the Court that the first respondent by way of proceedings dated 17.12.2025, has already passed orders rejecting the request of the Writ Petitioner. 2/5

4. In view of the above said facts, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the first respondent dated 17.12.2025, if he so advised. There shall be no order as to costs.
