PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 47 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 13 and 14 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.47 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail,

2. The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant's daughter was taking a bath in the bathroom of her house, the petitioner recorded a video using his mobile phone. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is 2/4

ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is at initial stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
