This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limp at the hands of the respondents 3 to 5.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
