O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the second respondent to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 27.11.2025 under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. According to the learned counsel appearing for the Writ Petitioner, the petitioner has been sent out of the house and he is the senior citizen and therefore, his complaint has to be expeditiously disposed of.

4. In view of the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint lodged by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to respondents 4 and 5 herein, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 19.12 .2025 vsm Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No 3/4
