This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's name has been wrongly mentioned as "Krishnamoorthy Kuppusamy" instead of "Krishnamoorthy" in the petition. Therefore, he seeks correction of the petitioner's name in the order, dated 18.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.23572 of 2025.

3. Accordingly, this Court modifies the petitioner's name as "Krishnamoorthy" instead of Krishnamoorthy Kuppusamy, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 23572 of 2025, dated 18.12.2025.
