2. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the prayer as "that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.39 of 2024 on the file of Family Court, Nagapattinam and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Thanjavur".

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the amendment petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title forthwith.
